What Roco Kingdom is

Roco Kingdom is an open-world creature-collecting RPG developed and published by Morefun Studios, a Tencent Games subsidiary. You play a Roco exploring the continent of Carosia: you catch and raise Jinies, decorate a home, farm, ride Jinies with friends and fight turn-based PvP battles that the developer describes as free of pay-to-win mechanics.

The story opens with a new Roco on a magical airship bound for the Magic Academy, thrown off course by a storm. The game promises more than 400 unique Jinies, each varying in height, size and weight; the China version already has 466 species plus 155 alternate forms, and 169 species come in a shiny variant.

The China edition, Roco Kingdom: World, launched on 26 March 2026 on PC, iOS and Android. The global version was announced at gamescom Opening Night Live in August 2026 for Windows PC, PlayStation, Xbox, iOS and Android. Steam lists it as free to play and coming soon; the global release date has not been announced.
